Amendment Status Key

• Proposed – Submitted for the board's review
• Approved or Approved With Modifications – Approved by the board but not yet in effect. Awaiting ratification.
• Rejected/Denied – Rejected by the board and not moving to legislature
• Ratified – Approved by the NH State Legislature and Signed by the Governor. Now in effect.
