Healthcare Facilities & Schools

All licensed NH healthcare facilities must comply with design, construction and fire protection standards as they relate to the NH State Fire Code, NH State Building Code, and Facility Guidelines Institute (FGI) guidelines.

Our office is required by statute to review pre-construction plans for healthcare occupancies and educational occupancies, including the NH University System and NH Community College System.
