Victim Identified in Fatal Milford Fire

Milford, New Hampshire – New Hampshire State Fire Marshal Sean P. Toomey, Milford Fire Chief Ken Flaherty and Milford Police Chief Mike Viola announce that the victim of the fire at 11 Leisure Way in Milford on January 20, 2023, has been identified.

The NH Medical Examiner's Office has identified the victim as 65-year-old Patrick Walsh of Milford. The cause of his death was determined to be smoke inhalation and the manner of his death was accidental.

The investigation into the origin & cause of the fire is active and ongoing by members of the NH State Fire Marshal's Office and the Milford Fire and Police Departments.
