Right to Know Requests (NH RSA 91-A)
Please follow this guidance to expedite your request for a public record from the Division of Fire Safety/NH State Fire Marshal’s Office (NHFMO).
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the New Hampshire State Fire Marshal’s Office continues to respond to requests for records. We are operating with reduced staffing and many of the current staff are working remotely. We will make every effort to respond to your request for records in a timely manner.
You may request a public record by contacting us at email@example.com. Please indicate in the subject that you are requesting a record to expedite your request. The more specific that you make your request, such as dates, addresses, names of parties involved, and the town that the incident occurred, will enable a more expedited request for a record. You may also request a public record by mailing your request to us at:
New Hampshire Division of Fire Safety

(Attention 91-A Right to Know Coordinator)
